About textile
The textile sold in our shop is handmade. The process is shown here.Â
The grand foulards are made of cotton. This cotton is picked in the west part of Morocco and dyed (if it’s not white). It is then spun and pinned around a spool. These spools are set on the loom.Â
Once the loom is in place the grand foulards are weaved. It takes about a little less than a month to weave a blanket like we sell in the webshop
After the grand foulard is finished, it is taken down from the loom and the ends are finished.
